001 / Approach
An operator-led holding company.
We build, own, and operate technology companies—held for the long term and run with disciplined operating infrastructure.
MAD Ventures Holdings builds, owns, acquires, and operates technology companies. Its companies develop AI-powered SaaS platforms, workflow automation, and enterprise software across four operating themes: decision execution, operational intelligence, business productivity, and digital transformation.
Why operating infrastructure matters
A good product earns attention; operating infrastructure earns durability. Most companies fail not at the idea but at the execution that follows—the integration, the measurement, the second-order consequences nobody planned for. We invest in that layer deliberately, so the companies we hold stay sound as they scale.
Durable ownership and disciplined execution
We hold companies to compound, not to exit on a timeline. Capital is allocated against a clear thesis and monitored with the seriousness of an institutional balance sheet. Scope is deliberate; distractions are declined. This is what allows a holding company to be a steadier owner than a fund with a clock.
The problems we are drawn to
We are drawn to consequential operational problems—decisions that stall, operations that drift, work that loses its thread. When a problem carries real cost if left unsolved, it earns a build. When it does not, we pass.
